Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday – Saturday). Orders are not shipped on Sunday or on holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Membrasin Life Sciences provides free shipping on all orders.  Delivery is via USPS and you will be provided a shipping confirmation when the shipment is created.  Delivery estimate is 4-7 days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 USPS is our primary standard service carrier for all orders.
 Packages shipping within the United States receive FREE SHIPPING
 Please allow 4-7 business days from ship date for delivery. 
 Please note that we ship Monday through Saturday, excluding US holidays.

 Shipping charges may apply to orders shipping to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands and Palau.
 Please allow up to 10 business days from the ship date for orders shipped outside of the continental US to be delivered.

 Note: Remote locations in Alaska may take longer than 10 business days due to varying delivery schedules in the area.

How to track a USPS package

Please follow these simple steps to track your package:
 Copy your Tracking Number from the confirmation email you received from us
 Visit usps.com
 Enter the Postal Service Tracking ID into the “Track a Package” field
 Click the “Track Package” button, or hit enter to search
